Talkback on Friday, February 19, 2026
We’re thrilled to have local writer and critic, Genevieve Trainor, host a talkback with Wren Stone, Owen Brightman, and the cast of Shiver. The talkback will begin shortly following the performance. The talkback is free and open to the public.
Synopsis: Love and addiction. Aspen and Dogwood are left stranded in the woods after getting into an accident on the way to Aspen’s wedding. Though they are not alone, there are strange and eccentric creatures that inhabit the woods. Some that are helpful, some that are more ambivalent to the two. As time seems to strain and twist, both Aspen and Dogwood are made to reflect on the moments that lead them to exactly where they are as they try to find their way through the woods.
Content Note: This play contains adult language, sexual content, and mentions of violence.
