On Saturday, February 21, members of the Dreamwell Theatre board turned in their pledges for the 2009 Bowl for Kid’s Sake event sponsoring Big Brothers Big Sisters of Johnson County. All together, Dreamwell raised over $450 for the charity!

“We like to do this every year,” said team captain, Brian Tanner. “It’s great to see so many people and groups helping out other organizations. Being a non-profit group ourselves, we can really identify with the need for funding, and this is such a great cause.”

Other team members involved this year included Dreamwell president, Chuck Dufano, executive director, Chris Hunt, Becca Robinson, Kris Schneider, and Annette Rohlk.

Dreamwell Theatre is an award-winning non-profit volunteer theatre company dedicated to creating professional-quality productions. In our 12 years of existence, we have produced over 50 plays in various locations around Iowa City.
