Funny how you get used to something and it becomes normal. Anyway, hearing is stable and has been for quite awhile. CNI gave me a test the last time I was there that my insurance company requires to determine whether or not someone can get an implant. I passed with flying colors. Literally, I got 100% correct. But it was situational. They put you in a room with a speaker right above you, and there is no interferring sound. And then they play a CD of a man with a really deep voice speaking fairly slow and you repeat what they say. Well, duh. Give me a woman on the cd or any background noise and it would've been completely different. Anyway, I had to score 50% or less to even be considered an implant candidate by my insurance company. Oh well.
